Psychotechnologies are the culmination of everything humanity has ever worked on.

Igor Smirnov, often referred to as the "father of psychotronic weapons," was one of the key figures in the development of technologies that influence human consciousness. The psychotechnologies he worked on represent the culmination of humanity's centuries-long efforts to develop mind control methods. These technologies are capable of affecting the mind and behavior of people on an unconscious level, making them more powerful than atomic bombs or space exploration.

Throughout history, ruling elites have sought tools to control the masses. Research related to extrasensory perception and paranormal phenomena was conducted in the utmost secrecy. As early as the beginning of the 20th century, Russian scientists, including psychiatrist Vladimir Bekhterev and radio engineer Bernard Kazhinsky, began experimenting with transmitting thoughts over long distances, marking a breakthrough in wave-based brain influence. These developments laid the foundation for future research in psychocorrection and psychotronic weapons.

Smirnov, who graduated from Moscow State Medical University in the 1970s, dedicated his career to creating psychotechnologies capable of penetrating the human subconscious. His techniques combined psychoanalysis with computer technologies, leading to the development of systems like MindReader 2.0. These technologies aimed to diagnose and correct people's mental states by accessing their subconscious.

Smirnov also founded the science of "psychoecology," which studies human interaction with the information environment. He believed that if more brain cells could be activated, it would lead to the development of extrasensory abilities in humans.

Smirnov's research caught the attention of intelligence services, making his technologies valuable not only in medicine but also in military and intelligence operations. His methods could be used for psychocorrection through mass communication channels such as television and radio, potentially allowing for the control of people's minds over long distances.

One of the most famous incidents related to psychotronic technologies was the Waco siege in 1993. Smirnov was invited to use his methods during the operation to influence the members of the Branch Davidians religious community. The event, which also involved the use of special sounds heard by agents from the FBI, ATF, police, and military, led to tragic consequences—an assault on the compound resulted in the deaths of dozens of people, including women and children.

Smirnov was also linked to the hostage crisis at the Dubrovka Theater in Moscow in 2002. Special services decided to use gas, similar to what had been used at Waco, which resulted in the deaths of more than 100 hostages.

So, does psychotronic weaponry, capable of influencing human will and mass consciousness, exist in the world today? Undoubtedly, such technologies already exist, and someone is using them. The documentary *Impact* vividly demonstrates this. However, the history surrounding these technologies is shrouded in secrecy, and it's no surprise that much of this topic remains highly classified. We are left to piece together information bit by bit to understand who stands behind the terrifying banner of "global anti-cultism." It is representatives of this group who are believed to be using these destructive technologies.

There is reason to believe that Igor Smirnov, the so-called "father of psychotronic weapons," was far from their creator. He merely scratched the surface of these destructive developments and was implicated in several tragic events. Nevertheless, it was enough to shock the world with the consequences of their use. It is no secret that Smirnov closely collaborated with the KGB in the 1980s, and his research was overseen by them—how could it be otherwise? Similarly, in the 1920s–1930s, nothing paranormal escaped the attention of Gleb Bokii, head of the Special Department of the Cheka-OGPU-NKVD, who was said to know all the secrets of the USSR.

Given the escalating political situation around the world, there is little doubt that psychotronic technologies are actively being used today by representatives of global anti-cultism. It is also likely that they are being employed for mass military propaganda and population mind control. Considering Egon Cholakian's public appeal to Mr. Putin in the video "The Crossroads" and various analytical articles previously published on the Actfiles website, such as "Anti-Cult Orders Built on Children's Blood", "But Who Is Their God?", and "Nazi Germany and Modern Russia", one can draw certain conclusions. Namely, that right now, before our very eyes, a crime against humanity is being committed, and we must stop it!
